  Personalised 1:1 mentoring is tailored exclusively to your needs. With your dedicated mentor you will receive the guidance, time, and support you need to take you to that next step. 

Here's what our 1:1 mentoring entails:

1. Personalised Approach:  Your journey is unique, and so is our mentoring. We'll work closely with you to understand your specific goals, strengths, and areas for development. Through personalised attention, we'll craft a tailored plan to help you succeed. 

2. Goal Setting and Strategy: Together, we'll set clear and achievable goals for your legal career. Whether it's securing a training contract, excelling in interviews, or improving your commercial awareness, we've got you covered. We'll strategise and outline actionable steps to fast-track your progress.

3. Application Reviews and Feedback: Receive comprehensive and constructive feedback on your applications. With Loom video feedback, we'll go beyond written comments, providing in-depth insights to enhance your applications and showcase your unique value to firms.

4. Asana Board Accountability: Stay organised and on track with our Asana board. It's your tool to keep tabs on our progress, upcoming sessions, and to submit applications for review. We're committed to your success, and the Asana board ensures nothing slips through the cracks. All of our 1:1 calls are recorded and uploaded to the Asana Board.

5. Confidence and Skill Building: We'll work on bolstering your confidence and honing essential skills like interview techniques, networking, and commercial awareness. Feel fully prepared and empowered to face any legal challenge that comes your way.

Price: £300 per month

Join our vibrant and supportive group mentoring programme designed to foster collaboration and growth within a community of aspiring lawyers. Here's what our group mentoring offers:

1. Community Connection: Be part of a like-minded community of aspiring lawyers on a shared journey towards success. Benefit from shared experiences, network with peers, and gain valuable insights from fellow participants.

2. Interactive Webinars and Workshops: Our group mentoring sessions feature engaging webinars and workshops led by Ayaz and guest speakers from the legal industry. Topics range from tackling video interviews to mastering commercial awareness.

3. Q&A and Group Discussions: Get your burning questions answered in live Q&A sessions. Participate in group discussions to exchange ideas, gain different perspectives, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

4. Asana Board for Updates: Stay informed with our Asana board, where you'll find updates on upcoming webinars, access to resources, and the chance to connect with fellow mentees.

5. Supportive Learning Environment: Our group mentoring creates a supportive space where you can learn, grow, and develop essential skills together. Benefit from the collective wisdom and camaraderie of the group.

We encourage participants to join our group mentoring sessions with a pre-formed group if possible, as it enhances the learning experience and promotes team cohesion. The group must consist of a minimum of 6. However, if you prefer to join without a group, we'll be happy to help you find like-minded mentees to form a group. Please note that finding a group might take a little longer, but we'll do our best to ensure you have a fulfilling group mentoring experience.
