Ayaz Saboor, the dedicated Founder and Mentor at The Commercial Law Pathway, is a dynamic and compassionate legal professional with a relentless drive to empower aspiring lawyers and guide them towards their dream careers. Armed with a First Class LLB Law with Business degree from Bangor University, Ayaz embarked on his own ambitious journey to qualify as a solicitor. 

However, like many aspiring lawyers, he faced the daunting challenge of navigating the competitive legal world, where rejections and uncertainties often cast shadows on the path to success.

Throughout his pursuit, Ayaz experienced the emotional rollercoaster that comes with aspiring to work in prestigious law firms. Despite the initial setbacks, he refused to be deterred and embarked on a relentless pursuit of success. Fueled by determination and the invaluable support of a mentor, Ayaz transformed these obstacles into stepping stones towards his goals.

Through resilience and dedication, Ayaz secured multiple assessment centers and vacation schemes, ultimately earning a coveted training contract at DWF. During his training contract, he explored various legal sectors, gaining diverse experiences that eventually led to his qualification in Regulatory, Compliance, and Investigations. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ayaz is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. He served as the Chair of the Race and Ethnicity Committee at DWF, leading initiatives such as a transformative reverse mentoring scheme.

Now, Ayaz channels his wealth of experience and expertise into guiding aspiring lawyers towards their own success stories. Driven by a desire to make a profound difference in the lives of others, he founded The Commercial Law Pathway, a platform designed to empower and nurture the next generation of legal talent. With a compassionate heart and an unshakable belief in the potential of each individual, Ayaz is determined to be the guiding light that illuminates the pathway to success for aspiring lawyers.
